I've decided to say "fuck you" to the government and open up commissions again. This time though, I'm offering commissions for cheaper than before!

At the moment, the only commissions for sale are single-character, basic-color works.

For only $5 you'll get the following:

A lot of people are worried about paying money online for art, especially when they have no idea as to when their work might be started or finished. Because of this, some insist on paying after the work is already completed. This, with me, is not an option. As artists, we are pretty worried about it as well. What guarantees that after all the hard work, we'll actually get our money? I'm sorry for any inconvenience, but I ask for payment up front before I begin a commission.

So how do you go about asking me to do work for you? Note me, or email me at SPhillips.PHOENIXDesigns@gmail.com! It's that easy to get started! We can then talk about what you'd like done, and if I can accomplish what you're after.

Once the details are worked out, and pricing has been discussed, I will post you in a slot and send you an online invoice via Paypal for the price. Once that goes through, I get to work. And for me, this is work that I enjoy. I don't have any other employment, so I take my commissions very seriously.

Once the project is completed, you will receive both your final JPEG, lineart, and the Photoshop file of the image for resizing if you desire to do so.

I keep the rights to all my works unless otherwise discussed. This allows me to display them, but I will not make profit of any sort off them. Promise. <3

On the above note, none of my work may be sold for any currency: real cash, or virtual currencies both. This means no WoW gold, Gaia gold, Credits, Zenny, Monopoly money, etc. If you would like to commission me for anything that will be involved with profit, we can talk. My prices are somewhat higher in such cases, as you will need to buy the image rights off me.

You may, of course, display your commissions in your own art collection thread/website/gallery. BUT you must always credit me as the artist, and at the very least link to my deviantART page.

You may only alter the artwork to make avatars, icons, banners, graphics, or other such media. Watermarking is permitted.
